End-User Relationships. Contract --- Write SOW (Statement of Work),
.... Negotiation --- Negotiating Terms and Conditions.
Closing: --- Selling & Closing Contracts for customized Software
and/or Services & resolving conflicts.
Experienced Independent Sales Reps wanted.
Attrasoft is an established
software company with tremendous growth prospects in a multi-billion dollar
market. We are looking to increase our Sales Team for our customized software
& services. Responsibilities, Preferred Skills, Qualifications, & other
pertinent information are outlined below.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position that will be of interest to Experienced
Independent Sales Representatives. The commission program is generous.
Attrasoft's software & services are available now & are used by many
users to increase productivity. Several clients have used Attrasoft's technology
as the foundation of their main business. Attrasoft software/service has a
strong value proposition for these clients.
Qualifications:
- Developing prospects & new sales opportunities
- Developing End-User Relationships
- Negotiating Terms & Conditions
- Selling & Closing Sales of Customized Software and/or Services in the
range of $50K - $ 1M
- Basic computer skills to install, configure, & use software
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail & ability to understand the client's problem &
Communicate in writing
Preferred Skills:
- In time, gain understanding of the applications of Attrasoft's Technology
- In time, gain skills for Technical Demonstration
- In time, gain Lead Generation skills
- In time, gain skills to Write SOW & Support documents
- In time, create & develop new partnerships in various industries
- In time, gain knowledge of AI, pattern recognition, & image recognition,
process automation & general database systems
Experience:
- Strong direct Software/Service Sales Experience
- Experience in value based selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience & success with telephone sales
- Internet & e-mail savvy
- Team player dedicated to overall company goals
Responsibilities:
- Set & meet, or exceed sales revenue targets
- Initially receiving leads from Attrasoft, but ultimately Work as an
independent self-starter
- Provide regular updates on activities, goals, etc.
- Represent Attrasoft's Software/Services in a positive professional manner
- Make accurate representations about Attrasoft's Products & Services
